Snowing in St. George!

As many people know, snowing in St. George is a rarity. So when it started to snow Saturday night, I wasn't surprised, but it just won't stop. It is sticking to the ground and when I came home tonight I had trouble getting up my semi-steep drive way! My neighbors were watching and cheering me on.

Because of the snow they canceled school for the 18th! And I am actually upset over this! I had the perfect plan: Write essays all this week, do the peer edit thing, final draft thing, and come Friday BAM turn the essays in and I don't have to assign homework over the long break (I refuse to that, that's just plan mean). THIS "SNOW DAY" ruins EVERYTHING. I needed tomorrow to work in the computer lab, no computer lab, no essays! I wasn't planning on grading over the break, but come on my school plans are completely destroyed! If we lived anywhere else in Utah, they wouldn't have canceled.

Despite the fact that my plans are ruined I can't deny that I have missed the snow. It is the most beautiful thing to look out and see the beautiful snow whispering as it falls to the ground. I hate driving in it. But still, beautiful, just beautiful.
