Monday night I noticed a little bump on the side of Trevor's neck. Scott was out hunting turkeys with a friend so I thought I would talk to him later. Well, I forgot (you don't think you would forget about something like that!). Last night I saw it and decided to take immediate action. I told Scott and luckily our pediatrician has night clinic hours. So we got an appointment for 9:30. Of course, all of the bad things were running through our heads and I kept thinking what a horrible mother I was for FORGETTING something like this.
The doctor came in a looked at Trevor. He even opened his mouth wide for the doctor, which lately with several molars coming through has been hard for us. They are just a bunch lymph nodes in the neck that can sometime bunch up, but is never anything to worry about....whew.
