Tonight's meal was a little different than I had expected. I forgot about visiting teaching until my partner showed up at 6...right as I was ready to start dinner. So Scott did it all by himself. It seems easy and I didn't consult him on difficulty level...oops. I am happy to say that this dinner was absolute perfection. The chicken was moist and easy to cut. The many different herbs on it added the right amount of flavor. The house was filled with the aroma of the tastiness when I walked in the door.
Clean-up is definitely a 1 scrubbie. 1 plastic bag to be thrown away and one pan that goes in the dishwasher. Does it really get more easy than that?
