I'm writing this at 10:30 and I've already had quite the morning. Thanks to my cat howling, I was up at about 6:00 (on a Saturday). Yeah, I didn't like that very much, but I was able to read my book. I decided that I was going to go to Albertson's when Trevor awoke and get some shopping done. He woke up at about 7:30. By the time he was ready to go it was about 8:15 and I'm on my way out the door. While driving North on 2450 E. I see a big could of dust appear. I thought how weird, it rained all night and is sprinkling. As I near 2450 E. and River Road, I see a guy pulled over the side on 2450 E. getting out of his truck and running with cell in hand. Obviously the big puff of dust came from something that fell out of his truck. WRONG! He was dialing 911 because a lady just rolled her car. As I turned onto River Road, I see the lady crawling out of a tree that was demolished and toppled over. The car had to have rolled a few times. I didn't stop, there were like 4 cars that had stopped and was helping. I never actually SAW the accident, only the dust and her crawling out of the tree. I think if I would have stopped I would have been more in the way the help. Here's the question: should I have stopped?
I went shopping early this morning because I didn't want to be surrounded by crazy people on a Saturday before Easter. Yeah, that didn't work out that well because they were having an Easter hunt on a few aisles of their store. By 9:00 there were a lot of kids and adults. One family got quite the load and only wanted more. I hope we don't raise Trevor that way. In all I spent $84, but saved $93. I love combining the coupons and the sales. I even got 2 boxes of Wheat Thins for FREE, among many other great deals.
Many of you know that I am trying to lose wieght. I have narrowed down the main cause of my weight gain to potato chips. I love the crispy bites and the flavors that explode in my mouth. Albertson's had a buy one get one free on Lay's. I couldn't resist. But when I got home I was so good. I split my two bags into their servings into little baggies. I ate three chips while doing this. It took everything I had NOT to just start munching right then and there. My saver: grapes! I had a bowl of grapes sitting next to me. Everytime I wanted a bite of those oh so tasty chips, I ate a grape (except 3 times). Now I have 20 mini bags of chips weighing in at 1oz each. Now, If I can only eat one bag a day, that will last me 20 days instead of 2-4 days (I told you, I love chips). Wow, 20 days of goodness instead of a few, I hope I can pull this off.
Next, I called Jamie about our family pictures because I still owed her for our family photoshoot. I keep trying to post pictures here, but blogspot is having some issues. At first she said just make sure her daughter (my student) gets an A and we won't have to worry. We laughed and then she said because I have been spreading her name and how good she is not to worry about it! What a great day! Jamie is a really photographer and would reccommend her in a heartbeat to anyone. Her website is a few blogs down if you want to check it out!
Well, that is my eventful day so far...wonder what else it has in store for me today.

I was kidding about the A, I hope you know that!! She only gets one if she earned it.. and thank you for being so kind about my work! And you should go home and take a nap after a day like that, you deserve a few chips!!
