Of course about many things. But especially about losing weight. I gained 40 pounds when I was pregnant with Trevor. I lost 20 right off, so when I first started attending Weight Watchers (WW) I weighed in at 203 pounds! I'm tall and most of it was in my hips. I carry my weight well and I know that. I was pushing a size 16, which is plus size at some stores and I hated it! I lost 30 pounds in about 8 months. I felt great, looked great and was at a size 12 (pre-Scott size!) Then I don't know what happened, but around Jan. 2009 I went off the deep-end. I stopped tracking what I ate and ate whatever I felt like. I was slowly gaining those 30 pounds back. I knew why I was gaining, but I couldn't find the motivation to get back on track. I kept going to WW hoping to find my motivation there. But when I gained about 15 pounds back I was tired of paying WW to GAIN weight. I stopped going. So instead of losing 20 more pounds to reach my goal of 150/size 10 (which is high school weight) I have now gained 20 pounds and I weigh in today at 194.
Recently Scott realized too that he is more heavy than he wants to be. We have had several very tasty delicious meals and it's nice to do this with my loving husband. Here is what I want to do: start a weight losing sort of club. We get together on a regular basis and talk about our successes and our not so much successes. We have that support instead of doing it by ourselves. We can share recipes and things that have worked for us in our weight loss journey. The best part is that it's FREE!
I would really love to see this come together. I loved WW and was happy with my results. But I really got sick of giving them my money when I know the tools now on how to be successful in my weight loss. Anyone who is interested and lives in the St. George area is welcome (if you don't live in southern Utah, sorry, I want these "meetings" to be in person!) I would love any ideas on how to make this work. If you are interested at all, please let me know and pass this message on to anyone who think is interested.

Allow me to recommend Wii Fit. And there's another fitness game for the Wii that I remember seeing at Walmart a little while ago, but I don't remember what that's one's called. Wii Fit is tons of fun though!!!
Yeah I use the Wii fit, LOVE IT! there are actually several fitness games for the Wii.
I just hate the ongoing battle with weight! I wish you luck with that and would love to share more healthier recipes! I lost almost 55 pounds on that HCG diet and have to be conscious every day about what goes into my mouth, but I agree with you paying so much money for the support gets to be too much! We really should get together for a scrapping night!!
I totally feel your frustration. I did that HCG diet and had a lot of success with it but you pay so much money for "support"! I wish you luck and would love to swap recipes for healthier eating! We need to get together for some scrapping!!
I'm all about getting together and scrapbooking!
