Elmo is ALIVE!!!
My mom bought Trevor an Elmo Live for Christmas last year. When it ran dead a few months afterwords, I did the logical thing and unscrewed the battery compartment and changed the batteries. But to my surprise and Scott and my anger, IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. Months and months we've been listening to him start to tell his stories only to collapse and stop his talking. Very annoying. Well, tonight my technological genius husband decided to perform surgery. He grabbed a razor blade and made a careful incision in Elmo's back, removed the fur from his fingers and unscrewed the hard, plastic bottom of his feet and pulled back to expose the feet.
